This is a great book .I read deep dark and dangerous.It was scary in a way.I didnt want to stop reading.I dont fall for many books,but this writer caught my attention.I think you should read it if you like books that have pictures riped. And people acting like they dont know what happend.Then a ghost comes to make them tell the truth. If you want to know if the ghost makes them then you need to read this book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI read the books, The Boy Who Dared and Happy Kid. I love The Boy Who Dared because it is very truthful and very exhilarating. I love Happy Kid becaus it is an unusual book that had me laughing at every page! You should read these two Tiger Book Award books. They are great!

ReplyDeleteThe book Happy Kid was about a boy who was not very happy with his life. His mom got him a book called "Happy Kid" hense, the title. This book tells about his changes in life during his middle school years. It is a great, hilariuos book to check out!
ReplyDeleteFire From the Rock is about a girl, who lives in times of segreagtion and racism. She has top grades and she is invited to a high school for white children. She knows it is a great oppurtunity, but she doesn't want to leave her friends and her new boyfriend. What will she choose? Read this Tiger Boook Award to find out!!!

So, he starts distrbuting packets secretly that hold the truth about Hitler and the Nazis with his two best friends. But if caught, death. Will the three boys get caught? Read and find out?
ReplyDeleteDeep Dark and Dangerous was a good book. The book was about this girl named Sissy or Teresa that was one of Alley's Mom and Aunts friend in a way. So when Alley and Emma go to the cottage they run into a spoiled brat that likes to play with Emma. When Emma trys to get the doll that Emma wants Sissy brags her into getting on the canooe. So after they got in they found out that she was Teresa. Later when they were picked up by a search and rescue team Alley told her Aunt everything. Mom and Aunt also confessed about what happened to Tereasa. Soon after all this happened Sissy told Alley and Emma where her bones were and the police went down and got her. Finally tereasa was set to rest and plus Emma got the doll.
ReplyDeleteSchooled was a great histarical book about a boy who has lived his life as a hippy and when his grandma gets sent to the hospital he has to live his life a city or modern kid. He would then end up going to school and getting elected for school president. Which was supose to be a joke but actully started to be a good thing. He then starts to become popular because he saved the bus driver, got people out of class and also started one of the biggest Halloween parties ever. So when his grandma gets out of the hospital he gos back as a hippy, but realises he misses being a modern kid. So he go's to some rememberance ceremony and sees that everyone misses him. Later in the story his grandma finally decides to become a modern kid by selling the town and the house. Finally him and his grandma go on to live their lives as a RICH modern family.
ReplyDeleteThe Landry News was a great book it talks about how this girl named, Cara Landry gets the old teacher, that teaches Social St. but the only twist to this is that she's the new kid. Denton Elementary school, as she attends this school she joins the newspaper and she posts a dirty editorial about her bummed out teacher on the class bulletin board one afternoon. Mr. larson later finds out about this and challenges his 5th grade class to create a real newspaper, for the 1st time in years! Will they cost Mr. Larson his career? Now u have to read the book to find out the rest.
ReplyDeleteThis book amazing! Filled with a total plot full of suspence and mystery, I give this book a ten. I love how Danny or Alex makes a great escape plan for his mom! ome of my favorite parts is when danny becomes real with himslef and his friends.What a great book!
