Shark Girl by Kelly Bingham
Jane should have been grateful. She could have died that day.The shark attack left her body lifeless. The blood loss so severe she almost died before reaching a hospital. Shark Girl by Kelly Bingham is about this girl named Jane. Jane was at the beach one day with her mother and brother. She went into the water and got her left arm bitten by a shark. she then had her left arm amputated elbow and down. During this experience she has many emotions. She is angry,sad,doubtful, and worried. This book is awesome. It's very emotional. you will probably cry during this book. I recommend this book for girls mostly.

ReplyDeleteShark Girl is a facinating book. It is about a girl named Jane. She was at the beach she was bitten by a shark and had to have her left arm amputated. During her time in the hospital she had a many flowers and cards sent to her. One of her letters inspired her later on in her life cause she relized that she had no reason to wonder why god took her left arm cause she knew God is the only one that needed to know. This book will inspire you if any thing happens to you. This book is recommended for guys or girls. I give this book 5 stars.
ReplyDeleteShark Girl was the best book ive read so far. It is about a girl who got attacked by a shark, and lost her arm. She cant stand that shes not normal and she thanks to herself about what if it was diffrent. she has a group of friends angie, rachel,elizabeth, and trina. They all try to help her but jane doesnt want them to. she wants to do it on her own. Jane is so depressed and she wishes that she just died but all of that changes when the hotest dude in school is actually talking to her. She relizes that it will be hard, but she can get up on her feet. I love this book beacuse it makes you think of people out there that have no arms or legs and how they feel.

ReplyDeletethe shark girl is a good book to read if you are lost. jane is a 15 year old girl that went swimmimg one day and got her arm bitten off by a shark. i like how the story has letters that were given to jane. jane fights with herself about what happen that day. jane is so depressed that she wished she would have died that day but then her life gets better she gets a fake hand and the hottest guy in school actually talks to her.shark girl is the story you would want to read

Jane is attacked by a shark and looses her arm. she is only 15 years of age. while Jane is in the hospital she meets alot of people in the hospital. this book is very sad but has a great ending, you will have to read the book to find out what else happens in this wonderful book
ReplyDeleteThis book Shark Girl by Kelly Bingham is a really REALLY good book. I loved it. Jane is attacked by a shark while swimming in the ocean and this dude with a video camera is just standing there with the camera in his hand watching her get attacked by this shark. And guess what he does....... nothing. Well now jane is losing so much blood and this dude Michael swims out there and saves her life. Now she is in the hospital and her mom buys her this drawing kit(because she used 2 draw all the time)(that is before she lost her arm)So she is sitting in the hospital bed trying 2 figure out how 2 do this. She keeps getting "sorry you lost your arm" letters and she doesnt like that. They keep broadcasting her arm loss video. She doesnt like that either. You will have 2 read the rest of the book 2 see what happens! You will love this book!♥

ReplyDeleteIm 13 years old i never like to read my teacher gave us a book report for the summer and i liked this one. When i read the 1st page i was shocked how good it was already. i kept reading and i couldnt stop and tomorrow ill be one of those people that finished and is proud. :))

ReplyDeleteThis book is very inspiring and also a very sad book. She seems to take this thing a little to far because she is so grumpy until she gets on with her act. It is very special and shows many ways how to go through tough times like we all do at times. Good book(;

-Always feel lucky that you are alive and you have a life
-Don't think about negative things like what your wearing and how your life is horrible if you survived in a horrible situation
-Everyone is there for you no matter what :)
