ReplyDeleteMy book is called Things Not Seen. The book is about a boy named Bobby and when he wakes up in the morning he goes in to the bathroom and he can not see his self in the mirror. Thought out the book his parents have to make sure the school board thing he is at his aunt’s house in Florida. But bobby has other plans he tryst to make himself look like he is normal buy putting clothes and a hat and sunglasses on.
ReplyDeleteWhen he goes in to the world has the book puts it he goes to the library and meets a blind girl named Alicia she finds out he is invisible buy touching him and she feels his bar skin. So after they go to her house and tell her parents. They go to Bobby house where both sets of parents help try to get bobby back to normal. Then they find out the blanket that Bobby sleeps with made him invisible. so while the parents test the blanket .Bobby and Alicia go and find out where the blanket come form well believe it or not it came form sears.
So they go all the way to the sears head quarters to find out why they even soil the blanket. When they get there they find out the blanket was recalled five days after they came out with it so they hit a dead end but before they leave the man there gives them a list of all the people that got one of the blankets. So when they get home they called all of them. When they called one girl she told them that the same thing happened to her and the way she fixed it was she ran away from home and went in to hiding. So that was a dead end. So they go down stairs and there folk find out a way to get him back to normal but thought out the book the school police comes every day cause they think Bobby is dead or his parents did something to him. So the only way he can go back to normal he has to sleep with the blanket again. So the next morning he wakes up and you can see him and also the school police come and find him there and they forget all about it. The character that stood out the most was Bobby. Bobby he is laidback and he does not really care about if he goes back to normal and he is free when he is not normal he is not stressed or anything. but he is scared of what would happen to his parents if the school police found out he was not normal so he does what he has to so they won't go to jail.
